Anyone who has reached success knows that dependability is key, and it doesn’t matter if you’re doing the same things over and over everyday so long as these are the right things."

My name is Stephen Miceli, I have been involved with sports and fitness my whole life, initially as a footballer for 15 years. At the age of 20 I discovered gym based fitness and bodybuilding, and never looked back. I became obsessed with consuming knowledge on training and nutrition in order to fulfill my own potential, and ultimately become the best version of myself. Four years ago I decided to become a Personal Trainer with the vision of sharing my experience and passion with my clients to help them do the same. 

My philosophy is to take an evidenced based approach, using well-established scientific principles to ensure my clients receive the best possible coaching and results. I don't offer 6 or 12 week transformation programmes. Fitness shouldn't be a quick-fix; my goal is to set all my clients up for long-term success, and keep you in the iron game for the long-haul where the real results come. That's why my company is called OXN Fitness; to embody qualities of strength, power, determination and hard-work.
